Dr. Olayiwola Oladapo
Dr. Olayiwola Oladapo is a Transformational thought leader and Organizational Development professional with core expertise in Strategy, Human Capital Development, International Development, Change Management and Policy Advisory. He has a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a master’s degree in Research and Public Policy (MRPP) from University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has also attended the Global Policy Challenge Course at the Kings College London.
With over (24) years of cognate management and consulting work experience spanning all sectors of the Nigerian economy with stints in C-suite roles in both full time and consulting advisory capacities, he has worked with different national and multinational organizations and his diverse work experience has afforded him the opportunity of leading several organizational transformation / human capital development projects for some Fortune 500 operating units in Nigeria. In addition, he has also led many public-sector reforms and change management projects working with development programmes funded by international development partners that include the UK DFID/FCDO, USAID and the EU.
He has extensive experience working in senior leadership and management roles working for Oando Plc, Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited, Hygeia Health Care Group, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management where he was an Acting Registrar and CEO before he worked for the British High Commission and the Public Health England as technical Adviser on Organizational Development and Human Resources to the Nigeria Centre For Disease Control (NCDC).
Dr. Oladapo has served on the faculty of leading development institutions within and outside Nigeria. These development institutions include the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON), the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria, the US Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), SMD Associates (Senegal and Gambia) and YALI West Africa working with young African leaders and entrepreneurs.
He is a licensed member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria and has professional certifications in Management Development and Facilitation from Centre for Management Development Nigeria, Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from Jopie Van Rooyen, South Africa, Work Profiling and Competency Design from SHL South Africa, Workplace Conflict Management and Mediation from Mediation Training Institute, Kansas USA.
Dr. Oladapo is the Founding and Managing Partner and currently the Lead of the Advisory Board of Sweat Your Asset Derivative Limited, an Abuja based Pan African Professional Services Advisory firm with core expertise in Organization Development and public sector institutional strengthening- systems development. He is also an Executive Director in Sweat Your Asset Homes Limited, an Abuja based Real Estate Development firm. He is the author of the book Sweat Your Asset.

Crystal Chigbu
Crystal Chigbu is a Nigerian social entrepreneur and development expert with a degree in biochemistry. She is the founder and Executive Director of The IREDE Foundation and co-founder of The Social Good Company. Crystal and her team have developed a process for providing low-cost prosthetic limbs to child amputees in Nigeria, and the first-ever comic books with superheroes with disabilities in Africa, used to educate children in secondary schools while reducing societal stigmatization in Nigeria and Africa at large. In the past 11 years, she has raised millions of dollars and disbursed these funds towards a thousand prosthetic limbs given across 35 states in Nigeria. She has also reached and educated over 15 million people on disability through the annual Out on a Limb Advocacy Walk, which is held in different locations across the world simultaneously. In addition, as a result of the partnerships forged through Crystal’s leadership, she empowered youth with disabilities through the Leadership Program, equipping them with essential soft skills to ensure their successful integration into the workforce and reducing the percentage of unemployed persons with disabilities. Crystal’s impact transcends the provision of mobility aids and advocacy, as she utilizes her expertise as a certified grief recovery specialist to provide crucial psychosocial support to both the children and their parents, fostering a holistic approach to their integration into society. A firm advocate for inclusive education and budgeting, Crystal has actively engaged in meaningful conversations with government officials at both state and national levels, working tirelessly to secure equal access to quality education for children with disabilities. Her efforts, in collaboration with the Disability Rights Fund, have been instrumental in driving policy changes and fostering a more inclusive educational environment. A trailblazer in her field, Crystal’s work has garnered local and international recognition, with her being featured in international media such as CNN African Voices, BBC, Reuters, and Deutsche Welle. She has won several awards, one of which is the 2023 Active Citizen Award from Budgit, solidifying her position as a leading figure in the social impact space. She is a 2019 ACUMEN West African Fellow, a member of the Nigerian Network of NGOs (NNNGO) and the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO), and has authored three books. Crystal also sits on the committee of “Build A World of Play” an initiative of Clinton Health Access Initiative(CHAI) & LEGO Foundation, that advocates for policy change for inclusion for Children Living with Disabilities, access to the necessary assistive technology, and opportunities to learn through inclusive play and parent support. Crystal helps social enterprises and NGOs start, scale, and sustain their enterprises through training, research, and communication.
